Cancellation policy B&B De Patuljak, Houffalize

At B&B De Patuljak we understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Here are our cancellation policies to protect both you and our business operations:

Free Cancellation (Standard):

You can cancel for free up to 14 days before the planned arrival date.

Late Cancellation:

For cancellations between 14 days and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged the total amount.

No Show:

In case of no-show (failure to show up without notice), the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Early Departure:

In the event of early departure or shortening of stay, the full amount of the originally booked stay will be charged.
Depending on the circumstances, this can be deviated from by mutual agreement.

Special Packages or Group Bookings:

Different cancellation conditions may apply for special packages or group reservations. These will be communicated when booking.

Report cancellation:

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info.depatuljak@gmail.com stating the name of the reservation and the planned arrival date.

Force majeur:

In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to revise the cancellation policy.
